Abilities:it is blessed with the power to increase its power when covered in water and glows blue,and he can move faster as its glowing blue but goes back to its original state and his speeds returns back to normal

Appearance:The hilt of the sword is golden and the handle is red with 2 golden lines around it getting farther away from the hilt,the guard is golden and pointed at the sides.Two gold points stick out of the guard,the blade is blueish white and its all wrapped in a fabric a bit bigger than the sword that starts from the hilt and wraps around the rest of the sword and is used as something to hold the sword

History:He was interested in sword fighting,though even though he knew how to fight with swords he didn't want just an ordinary sword.He wanted a special one with powers,though one day when the darkness arrived everyone fought but dead,then he saw something sticking out of the ground.He ran to it and pulled it out of the ground,thats when he found the sword,it was covered in water and when he moved he felt faster than before so he decided to fight at least fight for himself if it was needed

Well, how strong is the sword before the effect? Give me an example and then give me an eample of when it is wet.
