Appearance:XIII might look young but is still a fighter wise of skill and wisdom.He has gray eyes,with pure white hair that goes down halfway down to his neck and has orange sunglasses.He wears a black cloak that reached past his hands enough to hide his hands that reaches down a little pass his waist,with black baggy pants and boots.He has the belt with a white skull as the belt buckle,his height is a bit short at 5'7 and is 107 pounds.black strip of material wraps his hands to look like fingerless glove to protect his hands or at least lower any damage to it if it were to happen.

Specialties:He can move at a fast speed and has help him well in battle,he does whatever it takes to accomplish an objective if its possible.He can Hide himself in shadows and blend in with them and can silence his own breathing,he is skilled in the art of guns and is sharp at shooting at many things large and small.He can also use guns for blocking swords and other blades with a gun even though they can't cut a single thing and starts shooting after moving the sword out of his way.

Weaknesses:XIII is weak against heat over 120 degrees and has to shade himself from direct sunlight so he usually comes out at night.Revealing himself into the sunlight is like burning his skin and heat over 120 degrees makes himself weaker since he is very used cooler temperatures.Which is why he wears sunglasses in the day to protect his eyes from the sun.

Fighting Style:XIII uses his skills of gun to fight but sometimes rarely uses his sword to fight against people.He likes the thrill of sneaking behind his opponent wondering whether they would notice or not and strikes them down when he is out of their site or likes to scare them before he attacks them.

Personality:XIII is a quiet person when not in battle and is also a bit shy when is come to socializing with people so he bare says anything except for a few phrases ad doesn't make eye contact,but its hard to tell due to his sunglasses.He tries not to make bonds with other people so they don't know his true self inside,because inside he doesn't know if he should open up or not.But he wouldn't have to decide yet since he has no friends with him

History:Before the invasion,he had a family and friends,his friends were taking up martial art and convinced him to learn,so he did and got really good at it.He started getting more interested in other things like guns and swords.So he decided to learn them too,he never actually thought that he would need to ever use these skills,but sometimes they came in handy to do chores and other things.He sparred with other people and in where he lived an mostly won each of them

He forgot to mention that you CAN have a hoverboard.

But I don't think guns should be allowed.He could use the excuse for every battle that he is in "danger" when he is about to loose, which means alot of new characters could die easily if they fought him...sorry XIII but I'm not that trusting with people.
